What does your bass say about you?

Jazz bass = "They were all out of P basses, even sunburst ones"
Ibanez = "I'm too cheap to buy a P bass, Stingray, Gibson, etc, so I bought a copy that's better!"

P.s. please don't take this seriously,

Well, well, well. If that would be true, what would it say about me, overall? They might say "you probably picked us just on looks, you noob, but you lucked out. We're pretty awesome for our price, and you know it."

No P Bass here, true, although I did have a beautiful 50's CV Tele Bass, and was close to buy a CV 60's P Bass. Fender/ Squier lover much? Guilty as charged!

Gotta love the low growl of the P, but the brightness and versatility of the Jazz is awesome. Plus, interestingly I think they had kinda crappy MIM P Basses at the time and store I bought my MIM Jazz Bass from. My first bass and I still think it's an outstanding instrument.

By the way, OP, you forgot these very important specimens:

Fleabass = "Hah, another spank-happy Flea wannabe with a taste for things that look like they came out of the Teletubbies".
Dingwall = "Dude, you need to get your eyesight checked fast!".
Lakland = Huh, I don't really know Lakland basses. Only that my former bass teacher had one and had a killer tone.

Mine says "She can't afford new strings, FOR THE LOVE OF GOD SOMEONE PLEASE CHANGE MY STRINGS" :(

I have 4 basses in the rotation and all 4 have dead strings. I only have one new set still in the wrapper and can't decide which bass gets the new set LOL!!!

The American Jazz I just sold: "I was the best bass you ever had! You suck for needing money...scratch that, you didn't deserve me in the first place."

The Kingman I still have: "You only like me because you're too lazy to bring an amp to school."

The Stingray I want: "YOU ARE NOT WORTHY!"
