What does your personal practice space look like?

I'm in the bonus room above the garage - just off the master bedroom.

Looking to repaint the room to make it more mellow/inviting.

My wife gets a share of the room for her sewing machine, too.

Renovated garage. Back of property away from kids. Half is densely populated and every flat surface us a work table, half is sparse and roomy.

I have a baby on the way, so my rehearsal room is transforming into a nursery. I emptied the piggy bank, had a 10'x12' shed built in the backyard, and the electrician did his thing earlier this week. I prepped today (made an unholy mess with that expanding foam crap, did some framing in the trusses so I can hang drywall, and installed ceiling baffles) and am ready to start novice DIY insulating/drywalling tomorrow (pray for me or throw some salt or whatever your local custom may be). Its gonna be a small space, but I'm going all tiny house McGyver up in there!
