There is a forced stutter stop between Ice and Cycle.
Then the repeated sibilants of 66 make the entire phrase very much a pain in the ass.

It's also a fair play on the "water cycle". Why's water get all the attention. Ice is water, but not the most often thought of form when referring to the water cycle.
