What happened to bc rich

A new NJ is not going to be half a good as an original one. If you look around you can find them out there... that BC Rich Junkie Facebook page gives you a horribly distorted view of what older BC Richs are actually worth. I have three NT NJ Waves and never paid more than $500 for any of them.

I look rather agressively. Old NJ exactly. Remains to be seen if there will be NT Import Waves. Vintage artist reissue has my attention. Hope it comes to pass. No buyers remorse over my Wave. I regret the 5 that got away from me. I remember your 3 Waves.

It really depends on the model.. some are definitely more ergonomic than others. I definitely understand that the style is not for everyone. I love mine, though.

Luckily a lot of people don't know how nice they are because they can't get past the looks. The more BCR cranks out the cheap guitars it seems the more the price goes down for older ones. People think of black Warlock guitars as $100 GC specials now, so they fly under the radar a lot.

If you stop shopping at the "mine is bigger than yours" Junkies page and start looking on CL and at used online stores and I guarantee you will find some deals out there on Japanese Richs.

Haven't played a BC Rich Eagle, but to me it looks like they'd be quite comfortable sitting down or standing.

My Mockingbird is just fine... a little neck heavy. The Eagle or Wave would be better there.

+1--my Mockingbird is very comfortable but has neck dive, mostly cured with a suede strap and by moving the strap button (replaced with a Duncan straplock) from the back side to the top of the horn.

My mind is occupied with thoughts of the toughness of Spandex vs the sharpness of the points on the guitars - was that a good combination?

The first time I saw someone playing a Bitch bass, I thought it was the coolest thing (1970's). by the time the 80's came along, they were from somewhere else, and...lost my interest completely. But if I saw a 70's Bitch in really good condition? I might buy it. Sure, I'd have to sneak it into the house when my wife wasn't looking, and a couple weeks later have to do the "oh, it's always been here" lie, but....it'd be worth it.

Of course, then I'd have to reassure, her - "Don,t worry, dear, You're my bit.........oops
