What happened to Hadrien Feraud?!

I was shocked when I saw the pick.. Haha, maybe it was 'her' idea ? Or he was going for a crunchy tone..

Back on topic of the album, I would love an update.. Or a preview, hadrien has kept so quiet.. Or maybe he's always been like that? He doesn't do much networking with Facebook or twitter and his MySpace account is dead..

Nothing wrong with a pick. And this is from a Funk player. When done right a pic sounds really good.

Heck, I've got nothing against JM but I'm glad Hadrien got the boot. I dig his sound in other contexts.

I don't know if you really took the time to pay attention to what Hadrien plays, but he borrows extremely heavy from Alphonso Johnson and Matt Garrison.

Harmonically, stylistically and technically.

So what would your idea contexts for Hadrien be?

Other than really obnoxious snare drum and bass drum, I'm liking that Wicked Evolution stuff. Who knew Jada Pinkett Smith could rock? Hadrien's style works for it, too.

Hadrien sounds different enough that I have a lot his music (or music that he's played on) and very little of the other two. And that's not for a lack of trying either. I just like Hadrien's style far more than either of them.

Also, when I say "other contexts" I just mean everything he's done since he left Mclaughlin's band.
