Laklands are the best basses made. IMHO

A Lakland is more beautiful than a beautiful, beautiful flamingo, flying across in front of a beautiful sunset. And he's carrying a beautiful rose in his beak, and also he's carrying a very beautiful painting with his feet. .

disclamer- ive just been made redundant and ive just had to sell my Sei jazz bass...
why oh frickin why is it, that when people who arent that well informed, ask a normal Q about a bass, do they get idiots taking the piss, and look down there nose at them????
answer the guys question without your stupid rude comments...:scowl:
im ashamed to call you fellow bassplayers!!
i hate the frickin search engine police!.
Does someone here know the proper pronunciation for Lakland? Is it "lack-land" or "lake-land". I assume the first one?
I did too......
until I played my first Lakland, then it was like.... I dunno... that weird flaw that all the most beautiful things have: Julia Robert's huge mouth, Cindy Crawford's mole, I could go on....
now, all my favorite basses have that BEAUTIFUL oval bridge that used to turn me off, LOL!!

I'm very intrigued with Laklands but I cant afford a USA model. I'll have to start with a Skyline when the time comes.
Hey guy! My left hand looks EXACTLY like my right hand...why can't I play bass left handed?!
man, that's weird. Mine look different. You know, like 'one is a mirror reflection of the other' or something.
Is there a doctor in the house?
Heres the real answer :
My Lakland gets me laid.
There you go. No need to thank me.

Really?Oh no!
