Forgive me! I have a 3 and a 4 year old and the song is stuck in my head. had to learn it.

This reminds me of a local festival where I was asked to play a few songs with a blues band. An hour or so before the concert the guitar player sat down with me to go through the songs (or so I thought):

-So, you're that jazz guy?
-Yes!
-I hate jazz.
-Ooookey...

The first tune was (of course) a medium blues in E, and I started playing a shuffle triplet groove. The guitar player turned to me and his face said: "Stop that, now!". He demonstrated that he wanted me to play exactly what you posted above. Interesting gig!
