BTW, Carson was the man. I still watch his reruns sometimes and wonder where late night went wrong, and I'm not even that old. I think when Leno and Letterman left, that was it....

And my go to bass is an upright, so none of yall slabbers care about it.... Lol. But of the ones I've seen on here, I must say the g&l basses are really good. That's probably what I'd get if I went back to electric...

my main is Vera my Ken Smith but it used to be Suzy, my Czech made MTD. it may be the finest bass in all of the lands and when I get new pups in her she will probably regain her top stop. she was my main player for about 17 years....
