Actually, luv playing something different every night. P, J, PJ, MM, Thunderbucker, Sidewinder, Quad, MDF's, Neo DC's and so on make me happy

I have a dozen different set ups, but several are PJ based, so I voted PJ. I try to play a different bass each month.

I wish there was a 13th month.

Two sidewinder humbuckers in each of my 4 banger basses, different soapbar sizes in each. So carrots I guess.

Played my '72ish Mosrite Mk 1 at a swing/pop gig last night - logistics prevented me taking the upright. Buttery perfection for swing and a bit of growl when I dug in for some Stevie Wonder tunes. The J basses have been relegated to the bench.

fender hwy1 pbass that i've converted to P/J, with 1 master volume and a 3 way pickup selector. Used an spb-3 and a custom split single coil jazz pickup made by rainville audio. Also using an epi tbird classic pro (white) from time to time but I broke a string and haven't bought a replacement set yet.
