I love it. My p-bass started out as a '93 MIM, but now it has a Mighty Mite neck on it.

To start with, I have always disliked P's. I have managed to avoid them like the plague for the last 30 plus years.
I finally broke down and bought one as I am trying to broaden my tone choices.
Took it to an audition the other night with the Ray and the Minister. I grabbed the P for the first song and the dang thing sat so well in the mix and sounded so good that I refused to pick up the other two basses for the rest of the night.
I guess I owe the Fender P a sincere apology for besmirching it for years.
