What the H*** does 'Carrots' stand for

It's TB protocol to always offer carrots as an option in any poll, at least if it's a poll about one's preferences or what's "best" or "better" for anything.

For instance: what kind of bass do you like best? 1) J bass. 2) P bass 3) stingray 4) carrots

Or: What color pickguard should I put on my bass? 1) tort 2) tort 3) tort 4) tort 5) carrot tort.

Like that.

:smug:

It's used when people want to vote in the poll but really don't carrot all.

*not ime. over 50% savings when buying from progressive vs geico.

(In my experience, Geico is pretty much exactly average, price-wise. So if they can save you anything, you could save a lot more than that elsewhere. Wonder where the money for all those ads comes from?)

Also, did you know you get more nutrition from cooked carrots than from raw?

"Carrot" is the Talk Bass euphemism for sex.
Its usage started as a necessity because of the high percentage of chaste or religious bass players.

If you consider how and where "carrot" is often substituted, you'll get the idea.

Note: When you see "carrot" as an option in a poll, it means that person would rather have sex than a Precision or Jazz, etc.
