I recently was awarded a check for 2k. I'm looking to buy a new bass but I'm not sure what I want to get. I love stingrays,Fender basses of all kinds. And dingwall is cool I'm open to many other brands aswell. I currently own an American pro jazz bass in sonic blue. I really want somthing that is going to cut through a mix well and bring the thunder. I'm not sure if I should buy new or used. Vintage or modern. What would you do?
Best yetA chicken sandwich , a six pack of beer, an oil change and tune-up, a nice dinner for my girl, and some plane tickets to see my family.
Whatever's left over would go to gear.
Used Sadowsky metro
