That movie is still hilarious. And it's fun for me to recognize the locations since it was filmed in Tulsa.

I’ve been watching a bunch of his more recent films I’d missed then went back further & did these back to back. He never fails to bring something to his characters even in films that have other issues. He can’t be accused of not trying different roles either.

Have you seen The Family Man and Matchstick Men? I like those two from Cage myself.

I kept trying to figure out where it was filmed but I couldn't. I've only been to Tulsa a couple of times.
Also have you seen the mashup someone did where they put the audio from Wheel of Fish over the final scene in Se7en? It's very funny - A Most Difficult Choice

Nah. I've never gotten around to the original. And since Harlan Ellison was one of the writers it's been a bucket lister.
We have the whole series on VHS from back in the last century when they were being broadcast, plus everything on DVD.

I also watched bits and pieces of The Many Saints of Newark again. That movie is terrible. Worse than I remember.
He's played the same character in everything I've ever seen him in. He was funny in Parks and Rec and then he got muscles and was a funny action man with muscles for a little while. Then it got repetitive. In Passengers he was sad for a little bit. There was some acting. But not enough. I'm tired of seeing him. Same for Jennifer Lawrence. That last movie she was in where she grooms an inexperienced barely legal teenage boy was quite bad.
Agreed. I'm so over both of them. And I've never understood the hype with JL. How she has an Oscar is beyond me.
Winters Bone is a highly respected movie., and despite what one might think of them, she actually was really good in the Hunger Games trilogy.
She was very good in Silver Linings Playbook, where she won her Oscar. Also won the Golden Globe and other legit awards, so not an Academy political thing there.
Chris Pratt is good at what he does, but yeah, overexposed.
