Whatcha watching?

Can't remember the name of a similar type 4th show from around the same time period (mid '60's). In the opening or closing sequence (I forget)), I think the camera was in a moving rollercoaster car, passenger's point of view, no one else aboard. Hope it comes to me. Damnable aging LOL
Finally found it! Journey to the Unknown (1968 to 1969), British. Horror, supernatural, sci-fi anthology series. My quest is complete, it's ice cream time! LOL

Intro 1 minute

Everybody seems to like this movie and I'm the only one who didn't get it. :(
As for me, I rewatch Younger with missus. She likes it. I do, too. Sutton Foster is hot, likeable and persuasive.

I’ve had a crush on her for awhile - she’s great. My wife watched this one but I only caught bits of it here and there.

When does the sequel, Older, come out?

EEAAO truly is a bizarre movie, but having a bagel being the Supreme Something-Or Other can be all that bad. Plus, Michelle is always wonderful in any movie I have her in.

It's not particularly deep. (Or I'm dumber than I thought) But it's an unexpected mash up of styles. Plus it's got that thing where everyone involved looks to be having an absolute ball with it.

There's a discussion to have about Harveywood feeling a need to diversify some things to stay relevant. But it won't make that movie anything it isn't already.

You're not the only one. And I was really looking forward to watching it.

I thought the movie bit off way more than it could chew. The whole multiverse/parallel universes thing allows for too many possibilities, and for me, this movie was way too all over the place. The family dynamic was easily the best thing about the movie.

I thought that's what the whole movie was really about, family dynamics, just with a twist. :wacky:

I don't really watch much TV these days but I have a full setup with Roku and a billion different channels and streaming services. If anything, I usually chill out on the bed with my Pitbull and watch past episodes of Counting Cars when it's on. Funny thing is, I'm also not really a car guy but this show fascinates me with all the custom stuff they do every episode.

Still loving the Serpent Queen. By the time they paid for the costumes and the locations, there doesn't seem to've been a lot left over for production values. So they've let an absolutely ripping yarn do the heavy lifting.

Only problem; I've caught up. Have to watch on the drip feed and can't binge my way out.

While on vacation, we rediscovered the show "Numb3rs". When we got home, I found it available via FreeVee on Amazon Prime, so we're starting it from the beginning. Good show!

We also started the final season of "Cobra Kai". As cheesy as it is, we have to finish it out.

We finally finished "Fallout". SO GOOD. Ready for season 2!

Saw a 3 episode travel series yesterday on Prime with Dame Joanna Lumley, Joanna Lumley's Britain. She's probably best known as having played Patsy Stone in Absolutely Fabulous (totally loved that show). England, Scotland, and Wales. Seems she's made quite a few travel documentaries over many years. Found some on YouTube and some more on Prime, so I'll be checking them out.

I've been fortunate to have traveled to over 20 countries in my younger years and lived in 2.. Haven't been out of the US in over 20 years now and I get antsy sometimes. I'll travel vicariously thru her for awhile LOL.

Currently watching her in a 4 part series traveling up the Nile river (Joanna Lumley's Nile). It's a 4000 mile (6400km) journey starting in the Mediterranean Sea (Alexandria, Egypt) to the mountains of Rwanda, one of the sources of the Nile.

She is in her 70's during these series, as lovely, charming, and witty as ever.
