Whatcha watching?

If you can find Pig see it. Cage does crazy like no one’s business, and I think we all know why that is...

Nice. Thank you. Forgot to watch that one. Cage's "owes the IRS and will do any weird film" era has produced some serious gems.

I watched Death Of A Unicorn earlier. Kinda has a similar vibe as The Menu. More weird and less dark. Recommended.

I watched Pig because of Cage and had the accompanying expectations. I really enjoyed the movie and it was quite different from what I was expecting. I'd totally watch it again.

Just started re-watching my Sherlock Holmes DVD box set. I always liked the Granada production with Jeremy Brett as Sherlock.

Just deviated from Sherlock and watched an old favorite of mine. This would’ve been on Mystery Science Theater 3000, but I still dig it. :roflmao::roflmao:

Anyone else think the secret weapon looks like three AA batteries in a lady’s compact?

That had a young Jason Mamoa as Conan, iirc. Not good, but kind of an interesting artifact.
You're totally right, that's who that dude was. I recognized him, but as soon as I realized it wasn't the real deal, I flicked it off.
NYPD Blue was on season one at that time, much more interesting than watching a fake Arnold.

Started watching Talamasca. I've been a huge fan of Anne Rice and her Vampire Chronicles book series ever since I was a teenager. Interview wIth a Vampire series was also done SOOOOO much better than the cheesy Cruise/Pitt movie that was made so long ago. I am really enjoying how they are creating her vision into the new shows on AMC.

The Chair Company on HBO is bizarre but entertaining. If you don't like Tim Robinson, definitely skip it.
It took him half a season to feature someone hiding food in their clothing to eat clandestinely but he brought us there with the last one. Only a matter of time. It's dumber than it is coherent but a fun show. The guy that was (presumably) killed via top hat may be one of my favorite moments thus far. So stupid.

Yeah, that's definitely something he's obsessed with. Agreed that there wasn't a coherent narrative, but it's hard to expect that in Tim Robinson world. I've wondered how much of his stuff is improv or very loosely written, since it often sounds like some of the dialog is being made up as they go along.
