If it were me, I'd leave it as it is (but I'm not usually a fan of the tort 'guards to begin with). A few days ago. I saw a listing in 'accessories for sale' for a redwood guard...I'd do that one.

Last week's incoming was a Mesa BB750 (trading my M-Pulse 600).
This week... keeping M-Pulse 600.
Some scumbag stole the BB 750 before I could consummate the trade.
Last night's gig included a lot of Brit neo soul and I re-fell-in-love with clean M-Pulse tone.

IN: Vox ToneLab ST (guitar multi)-plenty good enough for a bassist who "dabbles" with guitar.
OUT: only the price of the Vox, and some strings.
PS-Matt, too bad about the BB750, but the MPulse 600 is an awesome amp in it's own right-and always a good thing when we realise we're in love with something we already own. Beats the snot out of GAS pain.

Incoming: Omicron Fuzz, was up for sale used on TGP and it was impulse buy level. Had a desire for not so synthy Fuzz box and the Crossdrive wasn't doing it for me.

One of my absolute favorite phasers, but it lost out on its battle with the Keeley which is much less flexible but has a tone that suits my needs much more.

I can't stop using it. It just sounds so good. It is so responsive. And it really pushes tube amps in just the right way, I like it better then a lot of boosts and ODs I have tried and own. We really have to all talk Eric into reissuing the things!
Would it work...does Eric respond well to being talked into stuff like this? If so, I'll do my part.
Not sure yet... believe me we have been trying over on ILF. But I think at this time with the MELXOWTONE reissue and the two new pedals he is building [one which I WANT BAD!
