You could always just drive to Detroit for the football game. 
Here in Northern Indiana, we got lake effect snow a few days ago. Some areas got buried, my area only got a few inches. Way colder than normal for this time of year. I have tickets to the ND/Boston College game on Saturday... I'm gonna pass. High temps in the mid 20's... no thanks man!
Edited to add: And winds blowing over 20mph... puts wind chill in the low teens. Gonna enjoy this on TV.

Id rather just hibernate until May.
I was looking forward to the Bills game Sunday. Forecast said "6 foot of snow during game time". Both quarterbacks are just over 6 foot tall, it could have been fun! just their heads peering out over the snow.
I guess the one positive about work closing and being snowed in on a work day is that I get to watch my soaps.

You can watch the "soaps" here on TalkBass. Like my Love Of Ampegs, Part 2 thread. It's basically an ongoing soap opera about me and my machines, and a bunch of Scroll Basses. The ups and downs and adventures, with regular guests appearing and adding stories and humor and drama. There are a lot of good soap opera threads to follow right here on Luthier's Corner. And you are a regular guest on many of them! We're always waiting to see what the Crazy Squirrel is up to now.
I guess “Crazy Hibernating Squirrels” just became @RichterScale band name.

I offered to help machine up my new heart valve. But the Doctors politely declined. I wish I had a chance to look at it once before they installed it. But I dozed off during the installation. My Surgeon did let me examine a sample in his office. And he took the time to explain the engineering of it, because he knew I was fascinated.
