I've been an Eden user for several years now. I have a WT-550 that is absolutely rock solid, and has never had single problem. Great sound, cuts through the mix like nobody's business, and it amplifies exactly what I do with my fingers. This head is typically my rehearsal and smaller gig amp.
I also have two 210XST cabs, and a 210XLT cab. The XST's are one of the best cabs I've played through, and I've tried a whole lot of them! My Aguilar head with 2 XST's is a dream to play through. Lots of good booty, but still great punch. The XLT has a bit more mid to it. I still haven't played a gig with all three cabs... that might be scary!
As far as Eden's customer service goes, I've never had anything but great help from them. From my personal experience, when the new 800C line came out, there were some production problems. I had an amp die, and they replaced it within two weeks, and I'm in Canada! I upgraded to a 1205 and used it for a while, until I played a DB-750 and fell in love with it. I managed to blow a pair of speakers, through my own stupidity, and Eden service gave me the personal number for the Canadian rep, who immediately got me in contact with a company that could do the recone for me. Definitely a top notch response.
I know several people who run sound companies in my area, and in Toronto and Ottawa. They all absolutely depend on the old 800B's for backline. They're built like tanks, just will not die, and are freakin' loud! I take their word for those, since I've never owned one. I have played through them on stage twice, though, and they sound great, especially with a 410XLT cabinet.
I don't mean to sound like I'm Mr. Eden in person, but they are good amps. As with all amps, it's a matter of what you like, and what sound you're going for. I've had a friend who is a die hard SVT user play through my Eden rig, and he didn't care for it. It was a bit too precise for his taste and playing style.
