What's the issue with this amp?

Hey guys, I have a little issue with my bass amp, Hope you can help me I would appreciate it a lot.
So I have a Fender Bronco Bass AMP (40 wts), I bought it like two months from another person, It worked perfectly for the last two months, but since last week, when I turn it on and plug it in, it takes like two or three minutes to begin working, the lights go on inmediatly when I press the 'On button' but it doesn't begin working after a couple of minutes, I have tried with different cords and they are not the issue, neither is the bass, I tap the tip of the cable with my finger and it doesn't seem to work, so since I have done this and have used different cables, my conclusion is that the issue is on the amp, so can anyone help? What can I do? or my option is to take it to a instrument's store? Thank you very much for reading, If you need anything else just ask for it and I will give you whatever you need.

Try doing a factory reset. The instructions are in the manual I linked to above, but I've attached a screenshot

I am back, so I did it the first time and it worked alright.
The second time I did it the problem started again, turn off the amp, unplug the bass, press the 'EXIT' button a couple of seconds, keep it pressed and turn on the amp, and doesn't work. I repeated this process a couple of times, and the bass doesn't begin working until like 5 minutes later.
PS: While writing this comment, I was trying to make it work, reset it a couple of times, nothing happened, until I remembered that I had been using headphones some time ago, so I plugged the headphones on, and guess what?, Now it was working, unplug them and the amplifier works without an issue, so that means the issue is on the 3.5mm headphone jack, that maybe detecting headphones are plugged in when I turn the amp on, so I guess I have to take it to a musical instruments store.

Try plugging and unplugging your headphones from the jack. Preferably sprayed with a touch of detoxit. It may just be corrosion on the jack.

Yes it's the headphone jack (many Fender amps with the 1/8 jack have this problem). Just try to plug and unplug the headphones many times and if the amp works without headphones don't use headphones anymore ...
