I was practicing with this guitar player in our church's youth room the other day and was messing around and started playing Master Of Puppets, when this girl walked in, listened to me play and then said "I can text faster than you can play."I kid you not. What the freak kind of thing to say is that? (By the way, i'm a teenager, but i have common sense not to say things that stupid)
I can tell you whats wrong with MOST modern teenagers.... not all, but MOST. Notice that I stated MOST.....not all... just to make sure I clarify when the onslaught on remarks start to come back.
MOST modern teenagers are STUPID!!! Plain and simple! Why..because those of us in my generation have made them that way! We spoon feed them, give them everything they want, we set them down in front of TV's because we choose not to spend any quality time with them or to try and give them some small bit of attention. Then we want to know why they turn out the way they do?
Well, through no real fault of their own, they're generally spoilt, poorly educated, have a short attention span due to over stimulation and have often been inadequately brought up by parents with precious little moral or intellectual authority.
Other than that, they're fine.
