I've owned 16 total guitars along with basses, but only have 6 remaining.... 3 electrics and 3 acoustics.

I have guitar pretty much covered and never suffer any GAS for a new guitar: Carvin 747, 7-string, Hamer PRS Copy, Fender Stratocaster MIM, Alvarez 12-string acoustic/electric, Alvarez 6-string acoustic/electric, Ibanez Classical acoustic/electric.

Short answer:
No, I can't remember them all.

My bass buying/selling has slowed WAY down since I started playing Dingwall basses, but I figure I’ve owned close to 100 basses.

I tried to make a chronological/geographical list and got up to 65, but I just remembered a couple more that didn't stick around long & apparently never made a lasting impression

60's: an old Kay upright (a family instrument, but i'm the only one who played it)
1973: a Silvertone scroll headed Viola bass (my first bass guitar, traded in on the Fender)
1979: a new '79 Fender Jazz (the first bass that I actually bought.. Sold in 2019)
1981? a Hondo II Jazz (bought as a back-up for the Fender, rarely played.. gave away in the 90's)

2019: Eastman TB64 (sold in 2020.. still regret doing that)

1. Proxima P-style bass, a big ugly almost unplayable POS
2. Peavy Fury 2 bass- Really nice bass, probably shoulda kept it
3. Fender Geddy Lee Jazz- was a heavy boat anchor, but very cool
4. ESP fretless bass- One of those basses that was incredible at first, but I fell out of love with!
5. Rogue violin bass- Tried a Hofner, then tried this- liked this better... Looking back I think it was because this had the (at the time) more familiar roundwound strings, and the hofner had flats, which I thought felt weird. Now I love flats.
6. Fender American Deluxe P Bass- I was too stupid to figure out the reason the pickups crackled was because the battery was low. So I sold it...Wish I didn't.
7. 73 Gibson EB3- These are pretty heavy, but very cool. Wanted a Rick, so sold it.
8. Fireglow Rickenbacker 4003 - Ended up selling this for a 1978 VW bus. Bad move.
9. Hagstrom I - Sold this with my Gibson to get the Rick and Jerry Jones. These are very cool basses, with a super thin short scale neck...Almost too thin.
10. Jerry Jones Longhorn (still own)- My #1 bass for almost 20 years. Wish I had another.
11. Fender Pawn Shop Bass 6- Lost patience with this one pretty fast... Sold it, but these go for a lot of $$$ now, so i should've waited!
12. Rickenbacker 4003, Turquoise (still own) - Closest thing to "boutique" I own, although not boutique.
13. 1969 Gibson EB0 (Still Own) - Very big boomy sound... I actually put the mute on this thing so i can get more articulation. Great for my kids to learn on.
14. Hagstrom I (like my old one, still own it)- Glad I got one of these again.

Might be missing something! :)
