What's your preferred jack location?

I find I’m liking the output jack on the Portamento. It’s as out of the way and cable-stress reducing a location as I’ve seen.

On acoustic guitars/basses with pickups there is only one place the output jack should ever be: the rear strap button.

Side with angled cable, if it was P-Bass in front, I'd use an angled cable

Both front and side sockets are fine. I like to use an angled jack, feeding the cable through the strap.

I prefer front, but I like different style basses, and NONE of mine have that option.

Front - straight or angled. Side is hard to put in a stand during a set break or while taking a break from woodshedding.
