Unlike most purchases I make this one has actually increased in value since purchase. Similar aged ones with over 120,000km on the clock are going for $20k and over now.... mine's still got less than 60,000km on it.

Looks like the article has them swapped. The one that looks like cedar is labeled roasted ash, and vice versa.

Yep. The $12K bass is the one with the '51 pickup. The split coil is a bargain $9200!

I realize that I could be easily wrong, but why would it hurt to have trees in landfills? I'm not trying to be humorous. I would think that wood would be easy to compost...
