Note that the OP just posted that he thinks his amp has an HPF in it already. He's trying to figure out if it can be "engaged"... So this doesn't actually seem like a case where an external HPF is required...
By your definition, all the people who recommended $200+ HPFs were also trolling, because that's not really "cheap."
@jlepre It's already on all the time. You don't have to do anything to turn it on.
It's there to protect the power section, your speakers, and also acts as part of the sound-character of the amp.

The title of this thread is "Where can I get an easy to use HPF". The title of the thread is not "Do I need HPF".
Suggesting (repeatedly) that the OP doesn't need HPF is trolling.
