Because their website sucks 
It works for me at some places (for example it usually, but not always, works at work) but never works at home. I get the same error as nostatic.
So threads like this will keep popping up until they fix the website.

Just worked for me. I know what you're saying, though, many web items are in a continual state of cluster. Hard to say....
the site worked time after time like knew it should before I bought the first GB head, haven't been able to get near it after big brown came to town.......
