Right on. Normally I wouldn't lean towards a black pick guard, but in this case it complements the wood tones nicely. And the fingerboard. And it looks mean.With that grain it has to be black
Yes to the black screws and hardware too. All my basses have black hardware. With the black guard and dark fretboard it will look very classy.Thank you. Yes, it is beautiful. No, unfortunately it is not rear-routed for pickguard delete.
Also, regardless of which pickguard is used, the screws will be black. Also the bridge, strap buttons and string tree. I have not sprung for black tuners. Yet.
