not an exact count in years but well over 100, closer to 140 after thinning the herd about 15 last 2 years. amp count is about 20 ish

i have 30, but i know that's not anywhere near as many as some TB'rs have.
+1I've owned more at one time in the past, but I really have no interest in owning more than 2 or 3 basses.
However, I love basses and they are cool as hell.
I love seeing people's family pics on here and vicariously enjoy the big collections owned by others.
I'm a minimalist, but there's nothing wrong with someone who owns dozens of basses. For me, though, when I used to own multiple guitars and basses, it got to be more of a chore than a pleasure just keeppin them maintained, stored properly, etc. No thanks.

Those are really all anyone would ever need to cover all the bas(s)es.
Except there won't be mounds of previously-used adult diapers or raccoons running around inside my house.
