Bonham and Moon were very watchable but for me personally it is a toss up between Drummer for Black Oak Arkansas Tommy Aldridge and Joe Franco who played for Good Rats also Kiss and with Jack Bruce and Leslie West with a few other top players to

Saw Joe dozens of times live during my time on Long Island

Not the Best recording but best I could find; Drum solo at 4 minute mark; his double kick work is top notch

I do not enjoy Dave Matthew's Band. The few times I've seen them I just watched Carter the whole time.

I do not enjoy Dave Matthew's Band. The few times I've seen them I just watched Carter the whole time.

They're not terribly exciting. A stage / production manager said you could draw chalk lines around each musician and they will not move outside the perimeter for the duration of the show.

Overall, this is a prime example of "let's start a band using what talent is available locally".
