Jamiroquai
Depending on the era of Jamiroquai it could be disco. Synkronized and before, I would not call disco.

Some of Randy Jackson's stuff was great also (yup, the American Idol judge in his bass playing role!!)
I Shoulda Loved Ya
Haha. I was beginning to think I was going to be banned! Thanks guys.

Yes, the rest is cheezy with disco, but the bass lines were one of the few cases where the music was focused on bass. Hopefully this comes back, minus the polyester trousers. --Kent
Actually, I Shoulda Loved Ya was played by T.M. Stevens, and Divine Emotions was synth. The Michael Walden album AFTER I shoulda loved ya is ALL Randy Jackson.
Disco basslines is what I used to teach myself to play bass. Randy, Bernard and countless unnamed studio musicians from the disco era are all heroes to me...

And don't forget the songs "I LOVE THE NIGHT LIFE", great lines in that one and "I WILL SURVIVE", by....oh crap...I can't remember....LOL![]()
