I've been recording a lot, so still playing, but no jamming with anyone. I miss rehearsal, but I'm not about to take my chances packing into a basement with everyone. Next show on the books is September... hopefully that comes together safely.

Private party, all acoustic. Played my 1952 Kay. First gig since March 14. It was great.
After much consternation, I agreed to a gig towards the end of June. Advanced ticket sales have been surprisingly good. The venue is more like a theater than a bar with a goodly amount amount of space between the band and the audience.
My 3-piece band has a private pool party scheduled for next Saturday . . . it'll be our first gig since the shutdown on March 13th. It's supposed to be outdoors, but there's a 50% chance of rain forecasted, and I don't know if the house has a roof over the pool area or not (still haven't decided yet whether I'll 'sing' with my mask on or not).
We have 4-5 gigs booked each month throughout all of 2020, but haven't played in March, April or May . . . We will play again in June if the booked venues are 'open' enough to have us back (wait 'n see).
Also the BL for my 8-piece band called yesterday to let me know that the wedding on July 18th is still a go and that we'll need to do a rehearsal sometime in June.

Played a bar gig on Saturday. We had to finish our last set because people were going buck wild. A couple of guys wanted to come up the stage, then right after that a woman wanted to dance on the stage. The band leader called it quits early. It was fun though, a big rusty but definitely a whole lotta fun.
Played at an outdoor covered venue in southern Oklahoma. Supposed to be 25%.... The place was packed, maybe 500 shoulder to shoulder sweating and cheering...drunk...lines tight packed for the bars and bathrooms...not a mask in sight. I was embarrassed to be part of the whole thing honestly. I stayed well away from patrons (enter stage from the rear) and I'm only really doing this in support of a few band members who need the money. Watch for spikes now that rules are out the window. :/ I have some serious thinkin' to do depending on how things go in the coming weeks. We had 100 shows ready-to-go with some touring as well & almost all of it is gone, so it may be a non-issue. Either way I was really disappointed with the way things were handled. On a bright note, it felt good to go play / sweat / get too little sleep again

Nope. Not a chance. Not sure which which news network the virus is watching but I’m pretty sure it doesn’t care to pack it in just because things are reopening. I’ll come out when the numbers support doing so safely.

Exactly, this is what I’m worried about. Nothing really changed except for our own rules and behavior. It would feel great to get out but this doesn’t seem like the right thing to do.
Where is your regular gig? I am also in Denver and bars and venues are not open for business? I'm not sure any metro area counties have re-opened bars/venues/restaurants?
This past Sunday we did a livestream from the studio where we've been recording our next CD. Just the four of us, and our engineer. That was the first time we've played as a band since the middle of March!
Out my way, bars will be allowed to open at 50% capacity, starting tomorrow. Dunno what's up about live music, though.

No gig. Most if not all live music venues are still closed here. But we have been rehearsing and I’m itching to get back onstage. Here in my state the only “bars” that have been allowed to open are ones that serve food. So most of the live music venues don’t fall in that category

While a lot of areas in the US is trending down in cases and deaths it looks like Texas as a whole is trending up or flat at best . And, it looks like Harris-Houston county is particularly hard hit.
Been having some rehearsals with a cover band and a original band as well. Things have been going well, but I am the only person wearing a mask while we rehearse. Living in NY state so no clubs are currently open for live shows in any capacity yet.
I feel you. The only reason I did the gig this past weekend was it was outside with the audience across the street, I'm not planning to step foot inside a bar until I see seriously declining numbers.
I think they are opening things up WAY too early.
I also hope you’re wrong, but I worry for our American friends.
I played - I did some bass overtracking just for fun in Sonar with my Zoom R16 as an interface/control surface, and I didn't enjoy listening back to any of the bass noodling solos over top other than the basic bass line I started with (which was simple and fun), or else I'd have posted it here just for the hell of it.
