Chris Wolstenholme of Muse. Every line he plays is badass, and I would kill for his tone.

Chris is my favorite too, I love muse, and his playing opened a new door to a cool,new,experimental bass playing for me.

& his tone is amazing, the only problem is that we probably could get it, but would require ALOT of $$$. Pics of his pedal boards from previous albums can be found on google.

I guess my "favorite" is a three-way tie between Tony Levin, Mick Karn, and Chris Squire

...with my "second favorite" being a multi-way tie between Bill Laswell, Jeff Berlin, Doug Wimbish, Nathan East, Mel Schacher, Jerome Harris, Anthony Jackson, Paul Jackson, Alphonso Johnson, Jimmy Johnson...
