Why are bass amps so ugly?

I must be an exception. I really don't like the look of classic amps. The industrial and powerful look of the SVT-4 Pro is awesome. Any of the rackmount SVT's for that matter. I fell in love with the look of my Fender Rumble 350 2x10 before I researched it just because I liked the way it looked. granted the casters give it a goofy look

I got this for the tone; but I also think it looks OK. :)

This is the best looking amp set up there is IMO, along with the B-15s. :)

But yeah, as a guitar player too, it's true that there are more attractive guitar amps on the market than bass amps. But that's how it is across everything when it comes to guitar vs bass. So many toys you can have if you play guitar, it's incredible.
