See, I've always stuck with the 'murican pronunciation of "puh-dowk".
As you wrote it, wouldn't it be "puh-dwak"? That makes us Canajuns sound even sillier than we usually do.
On the other hand, the brits as usual can't pronounce their own language correctly as written. Seriously, no matter how poorly you spell, it if has the letters au or ua, how do you get "p'dook"?
