3 years ago at NAMM, I was kicked out of the Ric booth.
2 years ago at NAMM, I was kicked out of the Ric booth.
Last year at NAMM, I offered carrots, and was allowed to look at the 5-string.
This year, enemies became friends.

Agreed! In spite of what some folks think, headless basses are pretty happening right now. That may change next year, but, for now, they're a thing...

I'm still trying to figure out why I keep coming back to the Strandberg's? They look weird, but I'm completely enamored...I can't explain it.

I was by, didn't see anything really *new*. At least nothing caught my eye.

In any event NAMM is not a careful listening environment so products like Demeter are kind of a waste of time there IMO

Agreed. But, last year, James was talking about a 1200 watt amp; and I was mainly curious if he had gone anywhere with it.

I see the Minnie form factor preamp. A bit odd that it doesn't seem to have the Jensen in it.

haha thank you for the links.
i wish they would change their booth design. it's really nice and clean but it's the same every year and the ends of those hanging systems are sharp and at eye level for me.
