Usually NAMM is my chance to catch up with old friends and make new ones, so I don't take a ton of gear pics. I did get these at the Mattison Booth earlier today though.

That is a gorgeous bass, and the gold/black bridge is exquisite!

I purchased a bass Devon was building for Namm in a Cocobolo top. It will have the Black and Gold accent hardware, Mayching wood knobs, and Nordstrand DC pickups and preamp with Coil taps for series-parallel-single cool.

Thursday is in the books. For those who like food pics, I have let you down. I had breakfast at a place called Tiffy's Family Restaurant. I had chicken fried sterak, eggs, hashbrowns, and sourdough toast...but didn't take any pics because I was so hungry. Tomorrow I'm going to Roscoe's Chicken and Waffles.

Here's an up-and-coming brand, Rickenbacker. Named after famed import Chinese bass company, Chickenbacker.
