wiring help

Thanks for looking.
I have Bill Lawrence EB60-PC pickup.
Wires are.
Black with red stripe GROUND
White to volume
Red. I don't have a clue.

Nothing on the website, I viewed a few posts here, but I couldn't follow.
I have one volume, one tone to jack.

Passive three wire pickups often have the coil wiring separated from shield wiring. You can determine which is which with a multimeter set to DC resistance. Test pairs of wires and look for one that's an open circuit. That wire is the shielding. The other two are the coil.

Use the two coil lead wires as indicated in typical wiring diagrams (as in the above). The shielding wire should go straight to a good ground point (back of pot, ground terminal on jack, etc).
