Prettiest hyper I could find.
Tho I specified no purpleheart fingerboard.
Thanks for your stolen donor graphic. C'mon admit it, now you're thinking about ripping the pickup out.
Hey Gubna--
If it's not too much to ask, could you take a shot of the body straight on, vertical? I'm thinking of doing a custom order, and would like to base it on the lower horn of your bass. If it's too much trouble, don't worry about it.
Thanks!
Awwww shucks, and no problem. While I've not been thinking of taking the pickup out, I did consider putting one of these in.
I have one of those on another bass of mine. I still haven't hooked it up. It needs a buffer and/or a preamp.
You're right, it is a beauty! What is the back made of? Welcome aboard!
ok.....it's official....i just joined the club....what a beauty....
Welcome to the club...you're lucky...I came very close to getting that one myself...it's a beaut!
On an unrelated note, this is too funny to not post:
A man totally unclear on the Wish concept.
$750 + shipping?

If you look through this thread (or maybe part one), I think you'll see the poster who owns the $750 wish. The LED position markers are from https://fretfx.com/ if I remember correctly.
I don't know if that is enough to justify the value added pricing. Most used ones (from my limited experience) seem to be selling just about what Steve sells them for.
I guess "sweat equity" only works for houses.
