What is everyone's preferred, most comfortable P-bass pickup?

I'm torn between the tone of the NP4, and the meat of the quarter pounders.

I swap back and forth periodically. Longing for what each brings to the table in a single pickup.


NP4 needs a good high mid cut, and a bass boost.

SPB-3 needs a good cut in the low mid, and a slight treble boost.

For super high output while retaining mids, I use the Alan Entwistle neodymium PBXN.

If I want vintage tones, Tone Rider Precision Plus.
