Worship Bass Pedalboards

I've gotten a preliminary arrangement figured out. I'll be messing with it at home this weekend, but next Saturday I have a rock gig that will let me put it through its paces.
edit: (Ignore most of the settings... most got bumped in the move)

Haha, thanks! The 55-01 is my first go at a 5-string. Traded "down" from my Stingray 4 to pick it up. Love it! Dropped the Bart NTMB pre in it as well

I've tried only one 5... one of the Sterling SUB 5's... it sounded amazing, but the strings where so close that I fumbled all over the place.. kinda turned me off of 5's.. maybe I'd have better luck with something like the 55-01.. who knows??

Now that is all kinds of awesome right there!

Out of all of those drive pedals, which one is your favorite, or most used? Are you driving one drive with another drive? I suppose different combinations for different drive flavors?

dumb me, but why 2x omnicabsims?

Options. I really like what the OCSD added to the board, what it adds sonically, and the ability to go in or out of the signal path. I kept thinking that another flavor would be nice to have without having to bend over and fiddle. Often we don't have breaks, and we go from EDM/synth, to edgy, to mellow without a break long enough. The second OCSD gives me three preamp settings on the fly. I've used multiple preamps before in this way, but right now this seems like my best setup, so far. I'm super happy. I can't wait to try this setup out a week from Saturday... ROCK BAND :bassist:

Nice board! Are those your usable settings for the OCSD in the pic? Assuming you are using them to change cab sim on the fly. How do you like the Drive Maker? I was eyeing that one as I picked up the OCSD.

No, I just did the shuffling to find a layout that I want to try out. Many of the settings got bumped. You can see some of the usual settings by the ones with green dots to help me out.

I haven't tried this setup, as it is, yet. I'm thinking my usual OCSD settings on one, and a BIG cab setup on the other. The Drive Maker is new to me, and I haven't a VMT in the chain for a long time. I'm going to try heavy on the era, and see if it gives me the breakup I remember.

A B3K is a standard for me, and I'm excited to see if the DM fits my vision. I have the switches set for Bass and Loop (rather than Boost). What goes in the loop, in the end, is up for grabs.

I'll be playing with it this weekend, and checking it through my amp, and with in-ears - at home.

I'm also subbing at a smallish church Sunday, and only will be bringing my tuner, and one cab (1x12). This would be silly with their songlist.

this is it for now , but i am not really using the BossGEB-7 its just there, I don't care for it. I amorally thinking about just using the keeled Bassist, Aguilar twin Filter and delay pedal.View attachment 3004621
I'd say - IN(not so)HO - that the GEB-7 can be a nice tool for adding a little smoothness for the slower songs - with a chorus you could even get a little MWAHy fretless thing going. They're not the worst pedals to have - even just for "special occasions" - nice board though!

Ok... someone made a liar out of me.. we do have video!

Nice!
55-02?? I've gassed over a 44-02, or 01..
But I'm loving my Skyline Duck Dunn so much

Loving that video! Bass sounds great. I've never clicked with the aesthetics of the Lakland oval bridge but I have to admit I've never come across one at any price point that didn't sound and play absolutely great!

And a couple of nice g****rs too... I do like a Les Paul loaded with P90/100s. Roughens up the edges nicely. And our EG had a lovely Anderson not a million miles from the one in the vid. He eventually moved it on to fund a master built Strat which, tbf, sounds so great I've told him he must NEVER sell it!
