Here's my new setup. I recently had to upgrade from PT Nano because I got tired of being limited to 5 pedals (I would swap some out depending on the set list). Now I have them all and am digging it! (well I still have 3 more drives that are not on the board but they might be sold soon)
Order goes Tuner -> Comp -> Effects on Bottom Row -> HPF -> VT Bass DI. The Comp, HPF and DI are always on, so I have my most used switches all on the bottom row. This goes to FOH and IEMs. No amp. I've never owned an amp hahaha!

Alright help a pedal newbie here with order of hooking up my pedals. I will have a Line 6 wireless, TC Spectracomp, Mesa Subway DI+and Tuner pedal. I know my wireless is first and the TI er can jump off the Mesa Pedal. But where does the Spectracomp need to go in my chain?
Comps typically go early in the signal chain, generally speaking you want them before dirt specifically because if they're after they'll amplify any noise your dirt is adding. I'd probably place it after the tuner though because if you're using the tuner as a mute it's nice to have it right at the front. So with those 4 you'd go: Wireless->Tuner->Comp->DI

For us bassists, the most common effects (in order) would be:
Tuner>Comp>Octave>Wah>Fuzz/Overdrive>Flanger/Phaser>Chorus>DI
But that's assuming you're sending everything direct. My setup features an effects loop, so for me it's:
Radial Bigshot Instrument selector---> Eden Glowplug tube preamp---> Eden WTDI--->Amp--->FOH

As with anything around here, you'll likely get different answers depending on who you ask. Were I to add my two cents based on my experience, I would say typically whether you play bass or guitar, you would always want your compressor first in the chain. Like very first so that it gets the purest signal to compress and then send on down the chain. I read that somewhere at some point. Couldn't tell you where.
That being said, if you have a long cable run from your bass to your pedals, you might want the tuner to go first, if it has a buffer, so that it can buffer and re-beef-up your signal before it hits the compressor. In your case, you don't have to worry about that with a wireless.
And THAT being said, if you were to have dirt pedals in your chain in the future, typical wisdom is to have compressor before dirt. That works great for me with electric guitar., where I want my dirt tone to be smooth and even. But with bass, I was having a hard time getting a good dirt sound in my direct-only ampless pedalboard for the longest time (which is another conversation for another thread). I use mostly subtle dirt, not crazy distortion or fuzz tones. Part of the solution for me was to move my compressor AFTER my dirt pedals. That way the dirt pedals responded more to playing dynamics like they were supposed to, as opposed to being hit with a flatter compressed signal.
But as with all (or at least most) rules with effects, there are no rules. What sounds best to you is what works.
My recommendation:
Wireless > Spectracomp > Tuner > DI

Why the DI on the board vs the Genzler DI from the amp?
I love the Genzler DI but the big church I play at regularly when the Genzler DI is not turned on it makes a very loud buzzing noise. I tried 2 different Genzler heads, new cables, differ ports on the board and it still makes a very loud buzzing only when the amp head is turned off. I've found that a separate DI doesn't make any noise so the I ordered this Mesa DI to send signal to the house. I've not had a REddi in years but did have the RNDI that I didn't care for.
Added the Tone Hammer and MBD-1 recently.
Finally, another MBD-1 on a WB PB...it's been such a game-changer OD pedal for me. Made me re-think dirt on my pb...
Having "Damnation" on a worship pedal board is also quite ironic.
I think the same whenever I use my 3leaf "You're Doom" at church.

I believe I would keep that pedal just for looks and name only lol.
My MD has that pedal. He recently bought an HX stomp and says he's probably going to part with it and his other individual bass pedals. I've tried it, but I already have drive in my RH450 Amp head that I use as my DI, so I don't feel it really has a place in my arsenal. Because of the name? For sure! But don't overlook the abbreviations for the controls. Namely, the Gain, Overdrive, and Drive (G, O, D).
