Just search Amazon or wherever for IEC cables. I got one in my preferred length AND with a right angle to come out of the back of my pedal board.

I realized I never need more than a few effects per song, and I prefer presets that can't have knobs knocked around rather than the immediate flexibility that a big board of separate pedals provides.
So far I haven't needed more than a single preset for worship. Turns out that dirt, phaser, delay, compression, EQ, and amp sim are enough for me to get a useful tone for everything we play.

Right. That's why more often than not I take the small board. Especially when you're only playing 3-4 songs, the odds of using most of these effects are very low. I just like to have options, especially when it comes to drive tones. But I have yet to actually use most of it live, and so much of it - in my opinion - is for our own enjoyment and totally unnecessary. I may have used the MXR 80+ a few times just for a little hair, I've used the octave ONE time for an intro to a song, and the chorus pedal pretty regularly on slow parts or vamping. I've never used the wah . . . ever. It's just nice to know I have one if I want it. I originally bought it for a cover project that never materialized. And I can't see fuzz coming in handy any time soon for worship. It's mostly just for fun and jamming in my room. If I were to ever actually turn the fuzz and wah on during a service, the worship leader would slap me. In theory, the octave, fuzz and chorus sound really good for synth parts, but I've never actually done it live yet.
Absolutely necessary for me, if I'm not doing any songs where I need overdrive tones?
Tuner > compressor > VT Bass > DSM OCSD . . . . maybe stick the chorus in there somewhere, but I could begrudgingly do without it.
Was able to find a 10ft power cable to replace my 5ft original. Should be the perfect length for my pedalboard.
I ordered this Cali76 and decided to dale before I tried it because I had buyers remorse paying that much for a compressor. Problem is I plugged it in and played in it all evening and wow... there is a huge noticeable difference in my tone and I can't let it go right now. I've put together a killer little pedal for church and travel. Looking forward to playing this setup with my New Roscoe SKB the next 2 days.
My church board will stay the same as I'm staying wired there. My cover band board is going to disappear I think. The Shure wireless has a tuner so I'll toss that in my gig bag and a Radial Pro DI and I'll be good to go. Wireless IEM's will be at the mixer so going wireless will simplify my live rig a little bit.
That Sennheiser system looks great. I wonder how it will perform with active electronics.
I don't have any problems with mine at all as far as sound or noise. I have the "Instrument Base Set".
My only complaint is that with the belt clip installed on my strap, so that the plug and extension cable are running parallel down to the bass output, the transmitter seems to slide out of the belt clip multiple times each week.
I ordered the Empress compressor partially based on YouTube videos, your review and others opinions on TB. Waiting for its arrival.
The Empress is another great compressor. More versatile than the Cali76 CB and much better metering. But the Cali has a real nice baked in tone enhancement. The Empress is more neutral.
What's the point of the belt clip? Doesn't one wireless device plug into the bass output and the receiver wireless device plug into input of amp/pedal?
