Worship Bass Pedalboards

My setup hasn't changed in a few months and it works well with all my basses.

I did just notice a bit of breakup distortion on the B string notes from my Accountant, which is a bummer because I love that compressor. Not sure if I'm going to experiment with another, honestly I'm using the super low notes less and less these days.

I have an Account just sitting doing nothing .. I was excited to try it, just wasn't for me Love its tiny size though

So... I figured I'd do a bit of messin' around today . ..
Get this all wired up on a PT mini I've had for years, since they all fit nicely. The Beta was even sounding decent, for once, still don't like the 0 - a million Vol knob, but it sounded good .
Went with the Studio Bass for space saving , even though I seem to like my MXR better...
Noodling right along, hit the Sea Machine enjoying chorus randomness . .. fizzy sound, followed by complete volume loss.. ????
Turn the pedal off, very slight low volume plus chorus ??? the pedal is off... re engage, no sound and fizzy again . . ???

Back to the drawing board I guess . ..
For the record , I was running through my Carvin DCM1000L and fEARful 12/6.
Goes without saying that the Noble was fantastic :thumbsup:

I was on the fence for months between the Noble and Arkham Zephyr... went with simplicity.. and SO GLAD that I did.. not knocking the Zephyr, but the Noble is just so easy, and sounds phenomenal regardless of DI, through the front of mt D800, or pushing a power amp.
If at some point you have the means, you wouldn't regret the purchase. I definitely don't, and I'm by no means swimming in cash... but it definitely has taken my knob twisting frustration away.
As for DI yesterday, TOO simple.. Bass in Mono Vertigo..PT Nano in a TICK strapped to bag.. xlr in the pocket...
Show up, board on floor, power plug in, xlr ran, tune... play :thumbsup::)

Hey guys and gals, I thought I'd ask your advice. Just got a weekly church gig and play 4 stringers. Not looking to get into a 5er at this point but would like some type of octave pedal (or maybe a synth-y type of pedal) to kick in and help build energy when it's called for.

What do you guys recommend? I've had a Boss OC-3 in the past and really disliked it. Didn't track worth a darn.

I've tried a bunch, and ended up with 3Leaf Audio Octabvre Mini, and I've been very satisfied. Check out the YouTube videos.

I play 4 stringers as well... and on @ExaltBass recommendation, I'm going to try the 3 leaf as well..
Had an Aguilar Octamizer, really liked the sound a lot.. buy it didn't track well on my D, and G strings between 10th and roughly 13th-15th frets... I'm thinking I just haf a faulty unit. I'm gonna get another just because I liked the sound so much.
It's a different flavor than the 3 leaf fir sure.

Oh, also had an MXR Bass Octave Deluxe for a very short time... it's a nice unit also.
Just depends on the sound your after
