The only thing I can think of that actually might help your audio signal
would be to use a true voltage limiting isolation transformer for your rig.
Not +/- 3%, but true voltage limiting at where you set it.
My wall outlets tested between 124-127 Volts and I know it's making my amps
and tubes work harder.
This would be especially useful for older vintage gear designed for 110 volts.

The fuses are whack for sure, but if you guys want some really pure tone, check out my gold plated amp knobs. Audiophile tested and approved, patent pending.
They get away with it because if they ever got called out, they'd have a significant number of people swearing blind that they can DEFINITELY hear the difference. That's how it works. As I said, genius stuff.

We even have a dozen or more TB'ers who have sworn on a stack of Bibles (metaphorically) that they hear a clear and unmistakable improvement when using any one of this sort of product. One of them is even a reviewer for a bass equipment magazine.

Soooo, slow blow fuses sound better than regular? Maybe they mean that you can hear your amp frying for a bit before the fuse pops.

I wish I didn't have a conscience, then I could rip people off with nonsensical products like audiophile fuses and get rich off them. But I couldn't sleep at night. I don't know how these guys do it.

I normally opt to avoid threads like these, but this looks like fun.
Directionality is irrelevant for fuses, as with wires. There shouldn't be any difference in sound or performance by turning a fuse around unless the contacts are damaged or dirty (both highly unlikely except in old amps or in cases where one finds him/herself constantly replacing fuses). AC secures the irrelevance of fuse directionality.
Furthermore, it's a fuse. Like a power cable, they're simply part of the path from the source of electricity to the device being powered. They're typically placed well before anything that would even begin to manipulate the sounds you hear (in other words, not in your audio signal path). I'm not convinced they can have any audible impact on the resulting sound, and certainly not one that's worth $25.00.
And for those not familiar with a slow-blow fuse, they're simply designed not to blow in the presence of transient surges and the like. In other words, the kinds of current variations you'd expect from turning an amp on, etc. That doesn't make them more "musical" - it just makes them the right tool for the job. And AFAIK, it's the kind of fuse that should already be inside your amp.
The only time I'd find myself using a fuse like this would be in a soundproofed clean room with thousands of dollars in acoustic dampening upgrades, armed with Monster cables and solid gold AC outlets, in front of a small clan of audiophiles wearing foil hats to "minimize radio interference" and "improve hearing clarity," playing a pink noise sample through my rig, and bowing to them in appreciation as they applaud my amazing bass sound even though I had not played - and would not be playing - a single note from my unplugged instrument.

I was just thinking about how I got $17 back from Airborne tablets due to a class action law suit for false advertising.

fuses do not effect sound. they are not in signal path.
But your average American 16-year-old gets $225,000.00 as a weekly allowance. I don't see how he might be a troll.

I'm offering a service where I replace people's regular heating systems with a "thermophile" alternative. The actual temperature measured in your house will be exactly the same, but discerning lovers of body warmth will be able to feel an uncontaminated form of heat that gives a richer, clearer, more satisfying appreciation of the thermal energy joules radiated through the room in which they enjoy their heating. To get the best results, you may need to upgrade the piping that brings your heating fuel into your boiler from outside of your home.
It's not for everyone, as most people's skin cells aren't sensitive enough to tell the difference between ordinary heat and the purer alternative that's available for those who demand the very best. And it's not cheap, of course, but if it was - who'd want to own it?
