No, it's black. 
I'm from Denmark so I have to pay extra tax if I buy anything outside the EU. I found one in Spain.
I really wanted one in sea foam green, but they don't show up used that often.
I'm puzzled more doesn't show up. Is it because people hang on to them, or are there just not that many of them around?

I rarely participate on these forums but I really wanted to take part of this and pay tribute to this beautiful and unique bass. Its funny how last time I spoke to Billy Sheehan in Los Angeles he mentioned something like he wanted to build a website or a blog dedicated to the Attitude Bass where people could also post their pictures and histories about this bass.
Im very lucky and honored to endorse Yamaha basses in Spain so that makes it a bit easier for me to get any information/anecdotes regarding to these basses, and of course Ill be happy to share with you guys.
My Purple Attitude (which I called Attitude DG) has many visible and non visible modifications but it is and Attitude LTD II after all the switch near the outputs is a tone booster, you hit that and the bass blows away lol not! Its for the Leds in the first place it wasnt my intention to fit the bass with leds but I took the bass to this place in England to refret and restore the fretboard and they convinced me to have them fitted, lol. of course the did an amazing job.

Body repainted in a deep dark metallic purple; the fretboard is been restored, resprayed and refreted with bigger frets; bridge and tuning machines replaced; we put a custom made brass nut on the neck;the lever of the hipshot is been replaced for lighter one that doesnt make that strong click when hit it ,etc
Pickup foam cushions added to both pickups; the whole thing is been rewired; we used silver solders to get a better conductivity; stereo/mono selector removed; push-push knobs replaced by push-pull knobs, all potentiometers are 500k, one more capacitor added to the humbucker pickup,etc

It truly is probably one of the greatest basses that I have ever owned. I bought it because I am such a fan of Billy Sheehan and ended up getting the best piece of wood I could have bought. Now I am ruined and can't own anything else.
Thanks for sharing your experiences Danny what are you running your bass through I use (2)Ampeg SVT 5 pros running into a DBX dual compressor and BBE sonic maximizer. High end runs into an Ampeg 4 x 10 and the Low end runs into an Ampeg 15

I got my first Attitude directly from the factory cause nobody knew these basses by that time
before the Attitude came out there was a Billy Sheehan RBX with similar features but apparently it didnt work out and they never went into production, they just made two prototypes. So when in 1990-1991 the first blue Attitude came out I did everything to get mine.
I use different amp configurations depending on the gig and venue. When I gig with bands I always use the dual output thing, I basically run my bass through SVT 4pros and two stacks of 4x10 ampeg cabinets. For the highs I use one of my Pearce BC1 preamps,I occasionally hook some FX device to the Pearce but not always. I also have several compressors. Ashly, Avalon, Alesis and a Dynacomp compression pedal.

Yeah the double neck showed up on ebay last year and sold for a couple thousand dollars. I wish i would have had the money to get it. I am actually trying to get my hands on an original blue attitude that is my excaliber and I am talking to a guy whos looking to get rid of one I am being hopefu.
I got my Attitude today!! And it was rehearsal night, so I took the Attitude instead of my other basses of cause.
And it rocked. It got a really fat tone that works really well.
I especially like the fact that it just keep sounding better the more I dig in
I was running the mono output and I discovered a strange thing.
When I have the P pickup fully on and the neck pickup off, I get nice tone with plenty of highs. But when I start to turn up the neck pickup the highs disappear.
It's not just because I get the added low.
Have anyone else experienced this??
I don't think it's due to phase cancalations, because there are no highs in the neck pickup.
Is it because the pickups interact electronically??
I run a wireless system when I play live, and I don't want to get another, so I "have" to run mone out of the bass.

Yeah same, i think its the output, as when you run it Mono the output is cut by half (thats what Yamaha Said!) so its not an issue when run stereo
Great thread! I have owned a couple Attitude basses but they've come and gone already. I had the blue one and a green one. Always liked the red one best though. I ended up selling them because although I liked them they didn't really fit my playing style for the most part. But nothing sounded better then the Attitude pluged in to a Ampeg 8X10 cab just straight up!
Lets not forget about Billy's 8 string Attitude. That thing is a monster but I've never seen him use it. I actually visited the Yamaha custom shop when it was being built. One very cool feature that it has is that the Piezo bridge outputs the octave strings seperate from the regular pickups. Anyone have a good photo of that bass?
