Have someone tryed the MABB3000??? I know it´s a custom shop made bass and costs only 799!!! But haven't tha chance to try.

Yeah... You can find this bass in some GC's for about $2500, and in others only $799. And I have never seen a review on this bass.

Got some good news last night, I should have my RBXJM2 Thursday evening! I'll post pics of it, plus the hipshot and blue DRs I added to my TRBII4 recently. I feel like a kid before christmas waiting for the new bass knowing I'll have it soon!

hey groovy, how does the trb 6 handle to yamahas standard 5 necks? ive been lookin at a few trbs but never managed to get my hands on a 6 in the shop, and one maybe my next buy......a while away but next.

also nice lookin bass there the xym, im intruiged by the myung (sp?) sig it looks a monster.

I have not seen any in the GC or anyplace else. I would like to get a new one. I dig that seafoam green...

I recently got my hands on one of the old Red ones from the early 90's. It plays and sounds great, but needs some love. The plate for the hipshot stripped out and the lever fell out!

Jason at Hipshot found some plank plates and is going to fabricate a couple of plates for me. Otherwise I would have to buy a new unit and drill new holes...

Anyway, when I get the bass back together I will post pics.

I think you would have to special order them from a Yamaha dealer.
At least, around here anyways. Nobody in TX has one in stock....

hi all,
here is my yamaha bb1500 bass. i love it.
mods are: ripped out preamp and pickups, put in basslines 1/4 pounders, and a bug transducer in the battery compartment.
woo-day!!.
