I agree with that!! I have the saddles on the bridge raise up a good bit, so it takes a bit of strength to press down the strings.

Can't say that I am. Then again, I've never had any bad experience with drummers. Although, I have met some pretty cocky drummers who think that they ARE the band, and whathaveyou. I'm not saying that all drummers are cocky, just that I've known a few who are.stephdawe04 said:Guilty.

You know you`re a real bass-player when.:
- people say "oh, you got a BIG guitar..." and actually have a nasty 6-string bass.
- you complain about always having to buy new batteries for your active preamp because you play all the time.
- you consider to have a bass custom built with fanned frets, just because of the cool looks.
- you play with your fingers and NOT a pick (only guitarists do that!)
- you actually DO have to learn something about Ohm`s law.
- you have the same monitor-mix as your drummer.
- you have NO monitor at all, because there are 3 stuck up singers in the band who constanly goes "I can`t hear myself!".
