(DB/UB) You know you are a bass player when you get angry if an EB is refered to as a "Normal Bass" and the UB is referred to as an Upright Bass. Also: When doing classical music, is referred to as a "cello."

(DB/UB) You know you are a bass player when you are the only one in the group that is physically exhasted after a song.
(EB) You know you are a bass player if you look at a million dollar art piece made from carving out of the stump of a really nice wood and you say, "What a waste! That wood and effort could have crafted lots of great basses!"
