Isn't that also the definition for, 'You might be modern jazz' too?
Which band is that? The only one that I can think of off the top of my head is Burning Airlines, and they're far from being prog. Then there was another outfit, A Certain Ratio, just a lyrical quote, that sounded like Joy Division playing funk.
