Your favorite bass ever

This is the best sounding, best playing, best feeling bass I have EVER owned. Bar none.

Sadowsky RV4.

Everyone who has ever played this bass was totally wowed by it. I ONLY let it go because I'm only playing fivers anymore.

I have been playing my favorite bass of all times... MTD Z5

The second favorite was my TRB5

So far? My 'Wick Thumb has yet to find its rival. I seem to remember being quite taken with the Infinity NT I played some years ago, but its been so long, and I was but a bass babe when I laid my paws on it, so who knows how I'd feel about it now. I keep looking, but nothing has come close to usurping the Throne of Thumb.

I like the looks of Fender Jazz w/ black block necks, but the feel of mid-60's Jazz necks. I prefer Precision bodies to Jazz bodies. So . . .

I'm also very fond of this 1995 Lakland 4-94

I have had 2 great basses, the first being my 1964 Hofner violin bass. I did everything with this bass for 10 years, then due to it's incresing value (and 11 year GAS for a Ric ) I retired it.

My second & favorite bass is my Oct '92 Ric 4003. I think that one of the main reasons being the neck. The necks on Rics have gone from thin to fat & back again, but they got it right in the early '90's. If I can get the rest of the V63 parts for my bass then it will be perfect.

I've found my fretless 'Ray4HP tough to beat. It's just so damn easy and downright fun to play. The only bass that has come close was a Fodera Monarch 4 st. fretted. I'll never $hell out for one of those, however.
