My favorite 5 string neck is my Music Man SUB. Just fits me perfect. Even better than the Stingray I used to have. Not sure what neck profile they used on the SUB but I like it...

I'm surprised to say it's the wenge/bubinga neck on my mid 90s Ibanez SR1305.PM Fretless. I was always a P-bass lover and the neck on the Ibby is way thinner, but I can't put it down!
It used to be my G&L L-1000, which is like a flatter version of the broad 62 Fender P. Lately, it's one of my 2008 American Standard P basses. It starts out slightly round and a little narrower in the nut than the vintage Fenders, only to broaden and flatten out very nicely by the 5th-7th fret. It's hard for me to keep my hands off it.
For what it's worth, the serial number actually dates this one as late 2007. My other one, a true 2008 according to the SS#, is rounder than the other all the way up.
The vintage P-Basses I've owned and played, specifically my '62, had that beautiful thick, broad neck profile that the best Fender Ps are esteemed for. But I've since realized that I appreciate this neck shape much more for it's feeling of solidity and stableness rather than for its playability (which is ample, make no mistake). My '62 CIJ RI captures this neck profile perfectly. BTW another bass that really comes close to recreating something reminiscent of that '62 P neck thing is the new Ibanez Jet King.

+1 for the Sterling necks. The neck on my '71 Jazz is a close 2nd and my Lakland Bob Glaub (with a 1.5" nut and B&B) is a very close 3rd. Even though I don't have a Sterling in my line up right now (I've owned 3 of them), their necks are the most comfortable and fastest playing I've come across.
The current Ric necks are better than ever. Very little taper, that's the key factor. Skinny, but enough girth to wrap your hand around it solidly. And binding, I like almost any neck with binding.
Favorites I own:
1. The #8 neck on my G&L L-1500. It got the PLEK treatment at the factory, has super low action, and plays with truly minimal effort. For some reason my SB-2 of similar vintage with the #8 neck feels slightly chunkier, and isn't quite as slick to play. It's a tiny difference, which might just be perception caused by my preference for maple (L-1500) to rosewood (SB-2) fretboards. The SB-2 is still a fantastic player though.
2. Fender 2004 American Series Precision. That 1.625" nut width and 9.5" radius fit my hand perfectly.
3. Fender 2008 American Standard Jazz V. I had never owned a five string, and many feel awkward to me, but this felt natural immediately.

Yes, the early skunk striped 4 string necks are awesome. I need to find another one. I should have never sold mine

Interesting, I noodled around on a Peavey Zodiac BMX(?) yesterday and really liked the neck. Then I learned those are 8" radius.
I think I like the narrower radius necks.

Best 4-string neck is this modified profile of a Lakland 44-02 which has a flat C profle. Thin, but not Geddy Lee thin. This is a shot of the neck while it was being made. Absolutely incredible feel!!!!

The 55-02 has had my favorite neck for a while, but my MTD Kingston's neck is blowing me away! Both are 19mm, but the MTD seems extra wide and comfortable. I like it so much that I have my eye on more MTDs.
Before I opened this thread, I knew you were gonna say MTD Kingston. That's my favorite neck, too. Love my Artist 5!

Definitely the neck on my Ibanez EDA900. It is incredibly thin and fast. Cosmetically, it looks killer: all rosewood, no inlays save for two small dots on the 12th fret. I just wish it had a satin finish on the backside.

I really dig the giant-yet-smooth wenge necks on my Warwick Fortress One and Thumb BO 5-strings.
